Refund Policy

At Teema Organics, we take great pride in crafting natural, high-quality products  from our freshly made juices to our organic teas and wellness blends. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want every order you receive to meet our freshness and quality standards.

 

Fresh & Perishable Items (Juices, Smoothies, etc.)

Because our fresh juices and smoothies are made-to-order and perishable, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, leaking, or incorrect, please let us know immediately.

 

You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly include your order number and a clear photo of the product in question. Once reviewed and approved, you can choose between:

A replacement delivery, or A refund processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Perishable Products (Teas, Cocoa Powder, and Other Goods)

For our natural teas, cocoa powder, or other non-perishable products, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

 

When Refunds Are Not Possible

We cannot offer refunds for:

Change of mind after delivery

Products returned after the refund period

Opened or used non-perishable items
